FEATURED PERFORMANCE - Lever
Lever is a 4-piece grunge pop-rock band from Chicago that brings to the table a style that has sorely been missing in recent years. They blend alternative, grunge and pop in a way that takes us back to when Nirvana first hit the scene and we all wondered, "Where has this sound been all my life?" They were kind enough to do this special acoustic performance just for us. Check them out online and spread the word:
Autumn City - 'She Said'
We were introduced to Autumn City earlier this year when we did a review of their album 'Tuesday's Song' - which was great by the way. You can read our full review of the record on our reviews page. We liked them so much we begged for a Live Lounge from them and they were cool enough to do it for us. Here they are performing their single, 'She Said.'
The Pests - 'Touchy Feely'
We've had the pleasure of sharing a Live Lounge performance from The Pests with our readers in the past, so when we had another opportunity to do it again we couldn't pass it up. This acoustic performance of 'Touchy Feely' is a perfect addition to the Live Lounge, and couldn't come at a better time.
This week the band is joining forces with EMO AT HEART to give-away three prize packs that include a limited edition vinyl with a full album download card and a Pests t-shirt. Go Betty Go - Live Lounge Session
Go Betty Go is a Los Angeles based all female pop-punk band with an old school flare. We love their style, and they were nice enough to sit down recenty and record a couple of songs for our Live Lounge. They recently released their EP 'Reboot,' and they are currently playing shows on the West Coast. Be sure to check them out online to see if they are playing near you.
Coat Check Girl - 'Far Too Young To Die' Cover
Our new friends, L.A. band COAT CHECK GIRL recently released this amazing cover of Panic At The Disco's 'Far Too Young To Die,' and they were nice enough to let us share it with our readers. Be sure to check them out on Facebook and get out to one of their live shows.

Jocelyn Arndt - 'Gaslight'
When we received an e-mail about singer-songwriter Jocelyn Arndt, we knew immediately that we had to extend an invitation for a Live Lounge performance. Jocelyn and her brother/co-writer, Chris Arndt are collectively known as Jocelyn Arndt, and their musical sensibilities are far more mature than their college-aged years would suggest. They may both attend Harvard, but they have a raw indie style to their music, and the soulful vocals Jocelyn belts out effortlessly made us feel that this duo had been playing their hearts out on the smokey club circuit for the past several years. Jocelyn recently released her EP Strangers In Fairyland on October 27th. Look for our belated review shortly.
