The Chimpz Self-titled Debut Is Raw, Adrenaline Charged Fun

Writer: onrequestmagazineonrequestmagazine

While everyone loves music that gets in touch with our emotions or tells a story or speaks from the heart, there are times when we all need some music to get pumped up to, mentally and physically preparing us for whatever trials, tribulations, or hardships may be heading our way, like with the hit song "Break Stuff" by Limp Biskit. One Los Angeles based band has captured the esscene of that type of music, and that band is The Chimpz. With their 4th studio release, a self-titled EP set to release on September 9th, the hard rock/hip hop fusion band is set to make their mark once more on the music world, showcasing their unique vision of life on the streets of Los Angeles. After having their music featured on hit television shows such as MTV's The Real World, Bam Margera's "Unholy Union", and the hit FX Drama Sons of Anarchy, (which will feature their song "Right to Left" several times throughout the course of season 7), the band is lighting the fuse and seeing what kind of musical masterpiece that can melt their fans faces off with. The band's song "Battlegrounds" is being used to promote an upcoming MMA fight in Oklahoma City on October 3rd, where they will also be performing. With 3+ years of national tours under their belt, The Chimpz showcase in this EP how explosive their music is, and each song keeps the heart pumping and the blood flowing like only they know how to do. Full of grit, a creative blend of hard rock music and in your face hip hop, and bone crushing rhythms that is sure to keep fans not only on the edge of their seats, but out of their seats and starting a mosh pit, The Chimpz self-titled EP is a must have album. Very few bands have the energy and creativity to pull off the action-fueled drama and realism that their music seems to capture, and its easy to see how major television shows and hit sports events could utilize their music. Make sure to pick up your copy of The Chimps Self-Titled EP on September 9th, 2014! https://www.facebook.com/chimpznation
