Nikki's Wives Blend Throwback and Modern Styles In Their New EP

Have you ever wondered what would happen if you infused the Golden Age of jazz singers, and combined them with the melodic, almost haunting nature of alternative rock? If so, then we have the band for you. Nikki's Wives, led by lead singer Nikki Whitehead, are here to crush all previous misconceptions about what true originality is, with the release of their brand new EP, For E-V-E-R. The first six songs from the group are an ode to the 80's, with some Florence and the Machine, Fiona Apple and Kerli mixed in for good measure. The vocals that Nikki brings are beautiful and almost etheral, while the pop/rock feel that defined the 80's combined with the cinematic thriller nature of the guitar riffs make for a truly addicting musical obsession. Whether it's their hit single "Ghost" or the incredible "Another Lie", each track is so unique and memorable that it's easy to imagine them being lifted onto the silver screen in a film's soundtrack. Overall, Nikki's Wives will make a huge splash in the music scene with the release of their EP, For E-V-E-R. It's fun, edgy, and a fantastic listen, and is something that is not to be missed. As the years begins to move towards an end, everyone is looking for that one memorable song or album to captivate them, and Nikki's Wives definitely does a great job of captivating their audience. You can pick up your copy of the EP in early 2016!
